Why Not Whip It Up: Smoothie Bowl 10.04.20 - Blue Chia Berry Crisp

I'm going to be frank with you. (Or maybe Lisa ๐Ÿ˜œ) Youโ€™re going to be seeing a lot of these; that's why I have this dated, because otherwise the titles are going to end up like Amazon product titles ๐Ÿคช

To me this might seem like a really simplistic recipe to post, but one of my colleagues had shared statistics with me that less than 7% of Americans cook for themselves (and after working in hospitality, I believe it). I figure, everyone has to start somewhere and there are more people out there than I realize who have only just begun. I was there once too, and I applaud you for taking the matters of your gustatory delights into your own hands. ๐Ÿคค

Smoothie bowl base
-1C frozen strawberries
-1 scoop Vega Sport vanilla protein
-1/2C filtered h2o

Toppings
-1/2 banana, sliced
-turmeric cloud chia ( Koia Thrive golden turmeric + blue spirulina + chia seeds )
-1/2C (or however much your heart desires) Natureโ€™s Path Organic Whole oโ€™s cereal

Blend in the blender of your choice (Iโ€™ve been using Vitamix for several years now and it might be my top kitchen appliance go-to; it makes for some seriously creamy dreamy just-like-from-the-boujee-smoothie-shop smoothies, among other things!)
