I'm going to be frank with you. (Or maybe Lisa 😜) You’re going to be seeing a lot of these; that's why I have this dated, because otherwise the titles are going to end up like Amazon product titles 🤪
To me this might seem like a really simplistic recipe to post, but one of my colleagues had shared statistics with me that less than 7% of Americans cook for themselves (and after working in hospitality, I believe it). I figure, everyone has to start somewhere and there are more people out there than I realize who have only just begun. I was there once too, and I applaud you for taking the matters of your gustatory delights into your own hands. 🤤
Smoothie bowl base
-1C frozen strawberries
-1 scoop Vega Sport vanilla protein
-1/2C filtered h2o
Toppings
-1/2 banana, sliced
-turmeric cloud chia ( Koia Thrive golden turmeric + blue spirulina + chia seeds )
-1/2C (or however much your heart desires) Nature’s Path Organic Whole o’s cereal
Blend in the blender of your choice (I’ve been using Vitamix for several years now and it might be my top kitchen appliance go-to; it makes for some seriously creamy dreamy just-like-from-the-boujee-smoothie-shop smoothies, among other things!)
