A m I p e r h a p s the only one who feels perfectly fine about having sweet things, especially for breakfast, as long as I have protein incorporated? Technically speaking, protein helps slow down the digestion of carbs and therefore helps to combat the undesirable sugar crash. This weekโs bowl is a little controversial, perhaps blasphemous for naturalists? This brings me to my next question; if my smoothie bowl is in a cup but I consume it with a spoon, is it still a smoothie bowl? Best not to torture the mind for too long with these ponderings and instead, make yourself a smoothie bowl thing and enjoy it.

All things considered, without any added sugar this actually isnโt very sweet.
