Here we go again, is it a smoothie or a bowl if I poured it into a cup but top it with solids and eat it with a spoon?
Smoothie Base
-1/2C frozen strawberries
-1 scoop Vega Sport vanilla protein
-3/4C filtered h2o
Toppings
-1/2 C S’mores cereal
Now, I think this recipe might have been a little better put together with chocolate protein and frozen bananas, but I didn't have any bananas frozen (I normally buy a bunch and freeze half and eat half but I ate them all 😆) or chocolate protein and I really love the texture that frozen strawberries create when blended.
I've been having a s'mores craving lately and this definitely as close as I've come to meeting it but stay tuned and I just might make some s'mores bars…
